Decommissioned from University R&D department in Cranfield, England and reinstalled in commercial premises in Scotland.

Full project management of move, including all groundworks and transportation. 

Full factory renovation and repurpose  - 2020

To house 60+ horizontal, vertical and rotary head cladding machines as well as CNC machine centres, DPI testing stations and environmentally controlled storage areas.

Full progect management, including groundworks, electrics, solar PV system,  Machine movements from other factory including install and commission as well as weld acceptance testing.

Rapid prototyping modular robotics cell - 2016

Design and install skid based robot cell for rapid deployment for wire based additive manufacturing process. initial set up of machine, basic programming and operator training.

PLC controlled robotic butt welding - 2021

semi automated collaberative robot for welding pipe butt joints.

Horizontal Cladding rigs - 2014

Install and commission/repair of 3 horizontal clad machines.

Installation Fronius Welding systems - 2011

Repeat customer, many visits to install machines at this multinational company in Suzhou, China, as well as their other sites in Saudi Arabia and Scotland

Machine faultfinding and reprogram - 2014

2 machines required standardised programming to minimise defects and also carried out operator retraining
